ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Pryor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Client Prospecting Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Needs Assessment Understanding the financial situation, needs, and goals of clients to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Product Knowledge Maintaining in-depth knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to effectively explain features, benefits, and terms to clients.
- Quoting and Proposal Preparation Providing clients with accurate quotes and preparing proposals tailored to their requirements.
- Sales Presentations Conducting meetings and presentations to explain insurance policies and answer client questions.
- Policy Processing Assisting clients with application forms, underwriting requirements, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Customer Service Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, managing policy renewals, and handling claims assistance.
- Compliance Ensuring all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Record Keeping Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieving Sales Targets Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals and contributing to the company’s growth.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
