Our service team plays an important role in taking care of our existing customers. You'll help customers understand their insurance, make policy changes, answer questions, resolve concerns, and identify additional ways we can help protect what matters most to them.
We're a fun, supportive, and fast-paced team that works hard, takes care of our customers, and enjoys working together. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job—we want someone interested in becoming an important part of our team and growing with our agency.
This is primarily an on-site position in our Ashland (MOA) office. Once fully trained and established in the role, team members are eligible for up to four flexible work-from-home days per month.
Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred.

- Review customer accounts and identify additional needs or opportunities to better protect the customer.
- Build strong relationships and create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
- Collaborate with other agency team members to ensure customers receive timely and consistent service.
- Ask for referrals and help contribute to the continued growth of the agency.

- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of customer needs.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal person is someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and doesn't simply complete the task in front of them. We want someone who will take the time to understand the customer's situation, anticipate additional needs, and look for opportunities to provide an even better experience.
If you're personable, dependable, organized, enjoy helping people, and want to be part of a team where your contribution matters, we'd love to hear from you.
